Questions people ask first

Can I enquire for someone else, or make a referral?

Yes. Families, carers, support coordinators and other professionals are welcome to get in touch. Choose “Family or carer” or “Referrer” in the form. Please keep diagnoses, NDIS numbers and documents out of a first message.

Do you cover my area, and will my funding work?

Every situation is different, so we would rather talk it through than guess. Tell us where you are and how your plan is managed, and Myles will let you know whether we are a good fit.

Will you work with the team I already have?

That is central to how we work. We stay in contact with your family, support coordinator and allied health professionals, and keep documentation that helps everyone understand your needs and progress.

What if I am not sure what support I need?

That is a good reason to talk. Tell us what you would like more of, or what feels hard right now, and we can work out the next step together.

Is support just about goals, or can it be enjoyable?

Both. Supports are built around your goals and independence, and we believe the best progress happens through real experiences: community, hobbies, events and having a good time along the way.
