This website

This website is a set of static pages. It does not set cookies, it does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not collect information about you in the background.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested in order to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not use that information to identify you.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form on this site does not send anything. It takes what you type and prepares an email draft for you to review. Nothing leaves your browser until you choose to open the draft in your own email app and send it, or copy it and send it yourself. If you close the page without doing that, the information you typed is gone.

We ask for your name, email address, whether you are enquiring for yourself or someone else and, optionally, a phone number and a message. We do not ask for diagnoses, NDIS numbers or documents in a first message, and we ask that you leave them out.

Email you send us

When you email contact@mylesaheadsupportservices.com.au, we use what you have sent to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to plan support. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. Where support involves other people in your team, such as a support coordinator or allied health professional, we share information with them only as part of providing your support and with your knowledge.
